
Isabel Rico Repiso is a Spanish pianist and flutist.

Recently, she has finished her Master studies at the Royal Conservatory of Liège, after studying her piano bachelor at the Krakow Academy of Music (Poland), with Prof. Ewa Bukojemska. In addition, she pursued the Master of Flute in the Conservatory of Maastricht (Netherlands).
Her active and hard-working personality took her to study diverses fields of music knowledge and education.
She finished her studies of Profesional Grade in Santiago de Compostela in 2013, achieving the honor Prize in flute and piano. At the same time of her music education, she studied Primary Teaching, Musical speciality, in Santiago de Compostela University, where she finished in 2014. She studied both instruments as well in “Superior Conservatory of A Coruña”.

She attended numerous courses and piano masterclasses with Isidro Rodríguez, Aida Gavrilova, Pasquale Iannone, Ricardo Requejo, Boris Berman, Ángel Sanzo, Konstanza Eickhorst, Paul Badura-Skoda and others. As a flutist she got classes with musicians as Wally Hase, Ulla Miilmann, Robert Win, Janost Balint, Jean Claude Gérard, Mª José Ortuño, Joan Ibáñez, etc.
In chamber music field, she has experience with different groups as the recent Kaleidoscope Trio, four hands, wind trio or duets voice and piano (last project participation was “Voice and Piano” 2017 in Kraków with Gabriel Fauré songs ), wind quintets, flute and guitar duet and Symphonic band ( she is member of the Merza Artistic Band).
Isabel is characterized by the great ability to build sound atmospheres for each musical style. Furthermore, her sound and musicality result in a unique and captivating performance from the first note.
